Friars for their Annual Retreat in BABETE
The Capuchin Brothers of the custody of Saint Francis of Assisi, Cameroon, gathered in the Benedictine Monastery in Babete, Bafoussam, from Sunday 12/01/2025 to Friday 17/01/2025 for their annual retreat.
This great, enriching and fraternal spiritual exercise was led by Dr. Peter Newburn with his Unbound team: Kurt Klement, Myriam Wright and Fr. Jude Bassebang, a Claretian priest.
The retreat was based on the five keys of UNBOUND – a practical guide to deliverance from unholy spirits (Repentance and Faith, Forgiveness, Renunciation, Authority and the Father’s Blessings). These five keys are aimed at bringing back the created man, captured by sin through the devil’s influence and rescued by Christ, to his original relationship with God, his Creator.
